You want someone who is going to advocate for you, who knows how to execute your vision, who knows when it's time to take charge (usually during family photos), and when it's time to let you be humans and enjoy your day. This is my approach. I will never ruin a moment for the sake of a timeline. My style is documentary with just the right amount of guidance.
